Ratikanta Deo is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Aurous Restro Lounge since July 2022 and as Sous Chef at The Sonnet since July 2018, Ratikanta has honed skills in food preparation and quality control, specializing in Indian, Western, and Arabic cuisines. Previous positions include Demi Chef de Partie at Marsa Malaz Kempinski The Pearl Doha and various roles in esteemed establishments such as Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi Hotels and Ambatty Greens Resorts. Ratikanta's educational background includes a Certificate Course in Food Production from the National Institute of Hotel Management, Bhubaneswar, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Costing from Utkal University.
