Luis Mendez is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving at Pinnacle Entertainment since July 2014. Prior roles include Pastry Chef Instructor at The Art Institute of Ohio - Cincinnati and various positions within prestigious establishments such as Boca Restaurant Group and Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment. Mendez began culinary training at the International Culinary Center, earning a Gran Diploma in Pastry Art, following a Certificate in Process Control and Instrumentation from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
