Terry Reich has extensive experience in the IT industry. Terry began their career as a Computer Analyst at E F Hutton in 1981, providing computer support for various corporate finance deals. In 1984, they joined Citibank as a Manager, where they designed and developed an integrated system to track the company's financial position. Terry then moved to Morgan Stanley in 1989, starting as a Systems Analyst and later becoming a Vice President. In their role as VP, they were responsible for problem management and continuous improvement, as well as overseeing the North American Help Desk and global support. In 2008, Terry became CEO and President of TechTime Consulting until 2012 when they joined Segal as the Director of IT Services, where they currently serve. At Segal, they manage the IT Help Desk team and is responsible for IT purchasing. Through their various roles, Terry has gained expertise in IT service management, budget oversight, problem-solving, and system design and development.
Terry Reich obtained an MBA degree in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, graduating in 1989. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1983, Terry pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Applications and Information Systems from New York University. In terms of additional certifications, Terry attained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft in 2021.
