Deborah Herscovic has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and executive search. Deborah currently holds the role of Director Practices IT & Digital at Morgan Philips Executive Search, where they lead a team dedicated to finding expert and executive candidates. Prior to this, Deborah worked as a Senior International Recruitment Consultant at Nigel Wright Consultancy, specializing in the Consumer sector and focusing on Media, Technology, and Digital roles. Deborah also worked as an International Recruitment Consultant at MRI Worldwide, specializing in High Tec and Consumer Goods sectors, and as an International Recruitment Consultant at Antal International, where they were responsible for the New Technologies division.

Deborah Herscovic completed their Master's degree in Marketing International from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from ESSEC Business School in 1999.
