Tenisha Bobbitt has over a decade of experience in educational and managerial roles. Currently serving as the Training and Recruitment Coordinator at The Richardson School since July 2012, Tenisha is responsible for managing the employment process across multiple sites, including screening applicants, maintaining recruiting partnerships, and developing training materials that comply with licensing guidelines. Previous roles include Special Education Instructional Aide and Line Therapist, where Tenisha implemented educational programs and therapeutic techniques for children, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Tenisha also has management experience as a Commissary Manager at Milwaukee Sportservice Inc., where leadership and financial oversight were key responsibilities. Tenisha holds a Master of Science in Higher Education from Walden University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Southern University.
