Customer Experience Lead at The Principality Building Society

Catherine Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, compliance, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Lead and Product Owner at Principality Building Society since July 2018, Catherine previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at Nemo Personal Finance from July 2014 to September 2017. Catherine's earlier roles include various positions at Eversheds, including Compliance Team Manager and Senior Legal Assistant, as well as recruitment consultancy at Red Recruitment and Hayes Montrose. Catherine began their career at Halifax as a Chargeback Executive. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from De Montfort University, completed in 1998, and studied at Penrhos College in Colwyn Bay.
