Nat Reid, MLIS, MA, is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Residential Counselor and Clinician Intern at Hope House Addiction Services since September 2023. With comprehensive experience in mental health and addiction counseling, Reid actively provides individual and group therapy, conducts assessments, and creates therapeutic curricula. Reid is also a graduate student at UMass Boston, pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and has covered extensive coursework in areas such as Substance Abuse Counseling and Trauma Counseling. Previously, Reid volunteered with the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance Boston and served on the Board of Directors, demonstrating a commitment to community mental health support. Additional roles include Housing Resource Specialist at Pine Street Inn and Research Content Developer at HarvardX, showcasing a strong background in research and curriculum development. Reid holds multiple degrees, including an MLIS from McGill University and an MA in Sociology from Concordia University.
