Sally McClymont is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Pen Shop since September 2016, Sally previously held the position of Retail, HR & Property Director at Kurt Geiger from January 2007 to August 2016, contributing to the brand's recognition as the UK's coolest footwear label. Prior to this, Sally was Retail Director at Principles from 2001 to December 2006 and served in multiple capacities, including Retail Director and Deputy Retail Director, at Arcadia Group Ltd from 1985 to 2001. Sally's career began at John Lewis as a Graduate Trainee, where foundational managerial skills were developed.
