Laura Ruiz Acinas is a seasoned professional in the gaming sector, currently serving as Jefe de Producto Gaming at Fnac since June 2015, where responsibilities include managing gaming products and accessories for both online platforms and physical stores. Previous roles at Fnac include Jefe de Producto Web for gaming and merchandising, as well as Analista Comercial y Pricing. Laura’s career began with a role as Customer Service Representative at Blizzard Entertainment. Additionally, Laura co-founded Cow Level SL, an online store focused on gaming merchandise, and held the position of Gestión de Contenido Web and Community Manager at GAME STORES IBERIA. Laura has enhanced management capabilities through education at ESIC Business & Marketing School and IESE Business School, completing programs focused on talent development and women in leadership.
