Heather Spring currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at The Pasha Group, where responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders in maritime, trucking, logistics, and terminal operations to align business objectives with legal risk management. Previously, Heather held the position of VP & General Counsel North America at CMA CGM, contributing to the Executive Management Team and advising on U.S. legal matters. Heather also worked as a Member at Cozen O'Connor, engaging in litigation and regulatory counseling on transportation-related issues, and served as an Attorney-Advisor at the USDA. Heather Spring earned a Doctor of Law (JD) magna cum laude from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Binghamton University.
