Melissa Berton serves as the Executive Director of The Pad Project since May 2018 and has been an English Teacher at Oakwood Secondary School since September 2007. With a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from UCLA and a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry from Warren Wilson College, Melissa combines a strong educational background with extensive experience in both nonprofit leadership and secondary education.
