Michelle Rogers possesses extensive experience in payroll and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Payroll Coordinator at The Original Factory Shop since March 2018, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll for 2000 colleagues. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Senior Human Resource Assistant at Sainsbury's from October 2002 to June 2018. Michelle is academically qualified with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Lancashire.
