Jeff Podoshen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeff currently holds the position of Chair of AACSB Accreditation at Franklin & Marshall College, where they also serve as a Professor of Marketing. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Professor of Marketing and Assistant Professor of Marketing at Franklin & Marshall College. Jeff also has experience in the field of journalism, having worked as a Contributing Writer and Photographer for Metal Injection at The Orchard. Jeff has also served as a Lecturer II at Rutgers University - Camden and as a Professor (Adjunct) at the University of Maryland. In addition, Jeff has worked in the private sector, holding roles such as a Contributing Writer and Photographer at Metal Insider, an Instructor at the U.S. Department of Justice, and various positions including Team Leader, E-Commerce Group; Implementation Specialist; and Marketing Associate at Willis Towers Watson. Jeff began their career as an Analyst at The Vanguard Group.

Jeff Podoshen earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in marketing from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from 1992 to 1996. Jeff then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, graduating in 2000. Jeff furthered their education by completing a Ph.D. in Marketing at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2001 to 2004.
