Sherry Drake is a seasoned customer experience professional with extensive experience in enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency across various industries, including technology, healthcare, retail, and telecom. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in the Customer Experience Group at The Northridge Group since November 2018, Sherry collaborates with organizations to align their vision with customer perspectives and effectively leverage customer feedback.
