Social Worker, Medical Model Adult Day Program at The New Jewish Home

Barra Bernstein is a seasoned social worker currently serving in the Medical Model Adult Day Program at The New Jewish Home since May 2021. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, ongoing assessments, and participating in case conferences for client suitability.
