Tim O'Brien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the construction and service industries. Currently serving as a Partner at The Net Effect since September 2020, O'Brien specializes in digital business consulting to enhance efficiency and profitability for small to medium-sized businesses. Previously, as Regional Sales Director at Navlight from April 2020 to April 2021, O'Brien led the development of a SaaS timekeeping and management software for the construction sector. O'Brien also held roles as Contract Supervisor and Sales at Corona Excavations, where a strong emphasis was placed on customer satisfaction, and as President/Owner of Brick Drive Paving Ltd., overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Additionally, O'Brien served as Event Director for Canada Snowboard from 2003 to 2011, facilitating high-performance snowboarding events and athlete development.
