Stephane Mercier is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive leadership experience across a range of prestigious hotels. Currently serving as the Managing Director of National Hotel Miami Beach and a new property in Marrakech, Stephane oversees operations and preopening activities. Previous roles include General Manager at Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, where significant restructuring occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic, and General Manager for Conrad Cartagena during its pre-opening phase. Stephane has also held various managerial positions at Hilton Paris and Hilton Arc de Triomphe, achieving notable success in operational excellence and revenue growth. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and a DEUG in Action Economique et Sociale from reputable institutions, including Cornell University and Université Côte d'Azur.
