Jacquelene Garguilo started their work experience in 2010 as a Market Research Intern at HRP. In 2011, they worked as a Digital Sales Executive at Vertical Search Works. From 2012 to 2021, they had various roles at Indeed.com, including Account Specialist, Senior Account Specialist, Associate Manager, Manager Client Services, Senior Manager Client Services, Director of Workforce Management, and finally Director of Workforce Management and Quality Support Operations. Since 2021, they have been on a career pause at The Mom Project.

Jacquelene Garguilo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Sacred Heart University. Jacquelene attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
