Eddy Chou has held various roles in different companies. Eddy started their most recent position in January 2022 as an Operations Manager at Arc'teryx Equipment. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager at Genrep Ltd/Ltee from March 2017 to December 2021. Eddy also served as an Equipment Engineer at Peter Kiewit Infrastructure Co. from 2013 to 2016.

Eddy Chou obtained their Associate's degree in Automotive Service Technician from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Eddy then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician at Ferris State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.

During their time at Ferris State University, Eddy Chou also obtained additional certifications. In May 2013, they received a Certificate of Performance Motorsports and a Certificate of Quality Statistics, both from Ferris State University.
