Whitney Bondy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Whitney currently works as a Customer Success Manager at The Mintable since 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Gusto from 2016 to 2022, including Head of Carrier Relations, Carrier Insights and Operations, and roles focused on customer onboarding and payroll transfers fulfillment. Notably, they served as the Team Lead in the Benefit Transfers Fulfillment team, where they implemented new processes, developed SOPs and a training program, and established stronger sales relationships, resulting in improved customer experience and decreased churn. Whitney was also recognized as an Emerging Leader and completed a leadership development course.
