Head of Marketing at The Mintable

Katie Higgins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, communications, and public relations. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at The Mintable, a community-based learning and growth platform for managers. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Pier 45 Marketing Group, a B2B marketing and communications firm. Katie also worked as the Acting Head of Marketing at XY Sense, a technology company focused on workplace AI.

Earlier in their career, Katie held positions at VTS, where they served as a Senior Director, Communications, Director, PR & Content, Senior Manager, Content & Communications, and Manager, Content & Communications. Katie also worked as a Marketing Manager at Reonomy and Jones Lang LaSalle, where they implemented marketing and communications strategies.

Additionally, Katie has experience as a freelance Editor, working on various projects to refine and communicate ideas. Katie also served as a Public Relations Account Manager at ZMM Group and as a Research Analyst at Fife Capital, focusing on commercial real estate.

Katie Higgins attended the University of Sydney from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce - Liberal Studies degree. Their major was in Marketing and Finance, and they also pursued a minor in Psychology. In 2007, Katie participated in a Study Abroad Program at Boston University, focusing on Marketing and Psychology. It is unclear when they left Boston University or if they obtained any other degree from the institution. Furthermore, Katie obtained a Manager Foundation Accelerator certification from The Mintable in November 2022.
