James "Greg" Lovensheimer has a diverse work experience in the paper industry. James "Greg" is currently the Chairman of NPTA (National Paper Trade Association) since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Board Member & Treasurer at NPTA from January 2020 to February 2024.

From 2019, Greg served as the Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer at Millcraft, after starting there as the Vice President of Operations in 2013. James "Greg" has been an active Board Member at Two Sides North America since September 2018.

Greg has also worked at Glatfelter as the Director of Commercial Operations from August 2006 to July 2013. Before that, at MeadWestvaco / NewPage / Glatfelter, they held the role of Product Manager responsible for carbonless rolls and security products from October 2003 to August 2006.

Their earlier experiences include being a Product Manager for Carbonless Rolls at NewPage Corporation, an Order Management Specialist Team Lead at MeadWestvaco, and an Order Management Specialist Team Lead at Mead Paper.

Greg started their career as a Supervisor in Finishing & Converting at MEAD Paper in 1991 and held various roles including Extra Crew member and MC2 Superintendent. James "Greg" played a key role in quality improvement initiatives, automation projects, and training programs during their time at MEAD Paper.

James "Greg" Lovensheimer received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Management from Ohio University, where they attended from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at Ohio Wesleyan University from 1984 to 1985. Additionally, Lovensheimer is certified as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Breakthrough Management Group (BMG).
