Katrieka Jackson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in billing, customer service, and education. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist and Key Coordinator at Loss Prevention Services, LLC since July 2020, Katrieka has previously held the position of Customer Service Team Lead at Allstar Recovery, LLC from July 2016 to February 2020. Additionally, Katrieka worked as a Long Term Substitute Teacher in the Jefferson County School District from August 2009 to May 2015 and gained retail experience as a Keyholder at Dollar General from June 2011 to July 2012. Katrieka earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Jackson State University in 2009 and is currently pursuing further education at Alcorn State University.
