Cilia Stelly currently serves as the Associate Chief Nursing Officer at The Medical Center of Aurora, a position held since September 2019. Cilia has also held roles as Critical Care Director and Critical Care Unit Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Cilia worked as a Critical Care Unit Manager at Medical City Healthcare from June 2016 to September 2019. Cilia holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master of Science in Nursing Systems Management, along with a Post Masters in Nursing Education from The University of Texas at El Paso.
