Richard Silva has extensive experience in operations and business development, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at McLean Hospital since July 1999, where previous roles included Operations Manager and Administrative Manager of Business Development. Prior to this, Richard held the position of General Manager at Julias Restaurant from January 1995 to June 1999 and worked as Business Development Manager at Westwood Pembroke Healthcare from September 1989 to December 1994. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University between 1981 and 1985 and has further education from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
