Nick M. began their work experience in 2001 at Sears Home Services, where they worked as a Service Technician until 2008, when they were promoted to Assistant Manager. In 2008, they also joined TD Ameritrade as a Licensed Representative. In 2011, Nick joined The Martino Group as a General Property Manager until 2013. Then, from 2014 to 2017, they served as Vice President of Property Management, and since December 2017, they have been the President of The Martino Group.
Nick M. has a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person degree from Champions School of Real Estate, obtained in 2011. Nick also attended Billy Ryan High from 1993 to 1997, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they have certifications as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association and as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The months and years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
