Miranda Milinkevich has extensive experience in retail and training, currently serving as a Senior Field Training Specialist and Chief Workshop Manager at Build-A-Bear Workshop since October 2009, where Miranda has successfully worked with six different store teams and facilitated staff development. Previous experience includes positions as Assistant Workshop Manager and Design Sales Captain at Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. from December 2007 to August 2009, where Miranda advanced from a Design Consultant role, leveraging an Interior Design background. Additionally, Miranda has held leadership roles at Aaron Brothers, Inc. and worked as a Sales Associate at JCPenney. Miranda graduated from The Art Institute of California-San Diego from 2005 to 2007.
