Chavon Mitchell-Carroll possesses extensive experience in development and fundraising across various organizations. Currently serving as Interim Chief Development Officer at The Marshall Project, previous roles include Deputy Director of Development at Heart of America and Vice President of Development and External Affairs. Chavon co-founded Mitchell Carroll Consulting, LLC, and held key positions at Teach For America, including Interim Executive Director for the Connecticut chapter and Senior Managing Director of National Development Partner. Chavon's early career includes Development Officer roles at the Arts & Science Council, focusing on corporate and foundation relations as well as donor marketing. Chavon holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Xavier University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
