Kiran Goudar is a Design & FEA Engineer at The Marmon Group in the Retail Space Solutions and Commercial Zone, holding this position since December 2016 and focusing on product research, innovation, and performance analysis. Previously, Kiran served as a Lead Engineer-FEA at Cornelius Asia Pacific for a brief period in 2016 after starting as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, where responsibilities included product research and efficiency improvement. Kiran also has experience as a Senior Lecturer at R.R. College of Education from July 2013 to May 2014. Kiran holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Acharya Institute of Technology and a Master of Technology in Thermal Power Engineering from Sri Revana Siddeshwara Institute of Technology, along with a High School Diploma in Computer Science from St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University) and earlier secondary education.
