Wassa Camara has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2010, they interned at the Senate Chancellery of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, where they assisted with international relations and administrative tasks. In 2011, they completed an internship at Steria Mummert Consulting AG, working on the evaluation of European Structural Fund Programs. From 2013 to 2019, Wassa worked at Copenhagen Capacity, first as a project assistant for the International Cleantech Network, then as a business development manager and senior investment manager, promoting Greater Copenhagen as a tech hub and attracting investments to the region. In 2013, they also served as an executive event director and board member at 180 Degrees Consulting, providing student consulting services to non-profit organizations. From 2019 to 2021, Wassa was a project manager for innovation at the Danish Hub for Cybersecurity, focusing on creating an innovation ecosystem in the field of cybersecurity. Currently, they are with The Many, first as an investor relations manager, then as the interim head of investor relations, and now as the head of customer relations. In these roles, they have been responsible for customer communication, onboarding new customers, and designing and optimizing processes, while also ensuring compliance with regulations.
Wassa Camara completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in European Studies from Maastricht University, graduating in 2010. Following this, Wassa pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Leadership and Management Studies from Copenhagen Business School. Wassa attended Copenhagen Business School from 2012 to 2015.
