Lauren Wakefield has extensive experience in guest relations within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Guest Relations Manager at The Liz McGrath Collection since April 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions as a receptionist and guest liaison at Cape Grace from December 2016 to January 2021 and worked as a receptionist at Sun International from January 2014 to November 2016. Lauren holds a Diploma in Hospitality from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, which was completed in December 2013.
