Currently serving as Managing Director - Hospitality and Group Director of Food & Beverage Operations at White Rabbit Projects since January 2022, Tom supports operational functions within the Graduate & Marine & Lawn Hotels across the UK. Prior roles include Hotel Manager at Graduate Hotels and Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Operations Manager at De Vere Wokefield Estate, and various management positions at Hilton Worldwide and The Trafalgar Hotel. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management With Culinary Arts from Sheffield Hallam University and a Diploma in Hospitality and Catering Management from Oxford & Cherwell Valley College, Tom combines academic knowledge with extensive practical experience in the hospitality industry.
