Hugh Seaton, CDT, CCS, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction and technology sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of The Link, Hugh specializes in converting construction specifications into structured data for enhanced usability in project teams. As Associate Principal at BBI - Big Blue Innovations and Host of the Constructed Futures podcast, Hugh engages with industry leaders and fosters dialogue around construction and architecture. Previously, in various roles such as General Manager-Crosswalk for the Construction Specifications Institute and Marketing Director at Cimatri, Hugh demonstrated a strong track record of tripling sales and leading innovative product developments. Hugh co-founded Aquinas Learning, Inc., creating a successful e-learning platform before its acquisition, and has held advisory and teaching positions, including as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Sacred Heart University. Hugh holds dual MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School, along with a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Miami University.
