Michael Hendrix currently serves as the Director of Knowledge & Enablement at Optera, where the organization assists companies in managing complex greenhouse gas emissions. Previously, Michael held key roles at Chainalysis Inc., including Learning and Development Manager and Manager of Academy & E-Learning, training U.S. Government customers on cryptocurrency technology. Michael's experience also includes positions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Exiger, where extensive training and compliance tasks were performed. Michael began career development as a compliance and due diligence researcher at Kroll, after completing advanced degrees in Arab Studies from Georgetown University and Political Science from the University of Chicago.
