Michael McRae serves as the Operations Manager at The Lewis Bear Company, overseeing multi-site operations for Florida's oldest privately held corporation and Anheuser-Busch’s longest-standing distributor since May 2020. Previously, as Senior Operations Manager at RITE AID from 2017 to 2020, Michael managed daily production at a distribution center in Spartanburg, SC, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards while leading a team of over 200 indirect reports. During a 22-year tenure at Grainger, Michael held various positions including Senior Manager of Distribution Operations, where significant achievements included managing high-volume inbound and outbound operations, leading safety and productivity initiatives, and overseeing substantial order fulfillment. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Troy University and has completed an Executive Leadership Program at Penn State University.
