Paula Gajardo Schmidlin is a seasoned professional in the wine and agriculture industries, currently serving as the New Business Development Manager and Regional Export Manager at Olivos del Sur since October 2021, focusing on market expansion and B2B strategy in Latin America. Paula is also the founder of VINÓLOGA, emphasizing premium commercial management and wine tourism. As an associate at the Asociación Mujeres del Vino - MUV Chile since January 2019 and having held various commercial leadership roles at Concha y Toro from 2003 to 2017, including Sub Gerente Comercial for Fine Wines in Latin America, Paula has extensive experience in managing premium wine portfolios and developing commercial channels. Paula began the career at Comercial Peumo Viña Concha y Toro and gained technical experience at Aventis Crop Science. Educationally, Paula earned a degree in Agronomy with a focus on Fruit Production and Oenology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
