Inge de Waard, PhD, serves as a Senior Learning Strategist at EIT InnoEnergy, leading projects that address skills and competency gaps through the integration of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and learning design in collaboration with various European academic partners. With extensive experience in instructional design and educational technology, Inge has contributed to initiatives such as mobile learning courses and has authored articles for Learning Solutions magazine. Inge's academic background includes a PhD focused on self-directed learning in MOOCs from The Open University, complemented by a Master of Education from Athabasca University and various professional qualifications.
