Emma Winestein has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Advisor at TKAT since October 2022. Prior to this, Emma held various roles at Hylands School from January 2013 to October 2022, including HR and Payroll Administrator, HR Administrator and Office Supervisor, Headteacher PA, and Administration Assistant. Additionally, Emma worked as a Contact Centre Advisor at ECL The Care & Wellbeing Company for a brief period in 2018, and as a Student Receptionist at Epping St Johns from November 2010 to December 2012. Emma began a career in administration as an Apprentice at Essex County Council in 2010, following education at Hylands School from 2003 to 2008.
