Eric Simon, CFE, has a strong background in franchise development and sales. With experience in companies such as The Joint Chiropractic, AAMCO Transmissions, and Extreme Pita, Eric has held various leadership roles. Eric has also served as the President of the San Diego Mountain Rescue Team and has a degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island.
