Ian Eastman currently serves as the National Sales Director for Health Systems at One Drop, a position held since July 2021. In addition, Ian has been the Director of Sales and Operations at Compmed Innovations/Radeas Labs since March 2013, where responsibilities include managing a team of 41 account managers and overseeing significant sales initiatives within various healthcare facilities, contributing to $26M in annual sales. Prior experience includes the role of District Team Manager at Medtronic, where Ian led a team to achieve $19M in sales, and as a National Sales Trainer and Executive Account Manager at Allergan, responsible for driving $300M in annual sales for the Lap-Band gastric band system. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from East Carolina University.
