Becca Schlegel currently serves as the Employee Relations Coordinator at The Joel Bieber Firm, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Becca worked as a recruiter for Real Recruitment Solutions, where responsibilities included collaborating with managers across three offices to facilitate interviews, processing over one hundred applications daily, and training fellow recruiters. Prior to that role, Becca was an Administrative Assistant at Aura Management, overseeing payroll and onboarding new hires, and also contributed as a Client Representative, managing promotional campaigns and customer relationships. Additional experience includes a Junior Account Manager role at WiserAdvisor.com, where account oversight and report analysis were key functions, and marketing internships at Project Horse, involving social media management and team leadership. Becca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Public Health from William & Mary, completed in 2019.
