Sunny is a Vice President based in the New York office. He focuses on both public and private biotech companies at all stages of development and across a variety of therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Invus in 2020, he was an academic Cardiologist on the full-time faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he also completed his Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and obtained his MD from the New York University School of Medicine, where he also conducted basic science and clinical research. He was a Presidential Honors Scholar and graduated with a BA in Biology and Pre-Business studies from New York University.
