Previous positions include Manager of Principal Pipeline Initiatives at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, K-8 Principal at Concord Lake STEAM Academy, and various roles within Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Pearson, contributing to enhanced instructional practices and student outcomes in mathematics.
