Saroj Francis has extensive experience in customer service and operations within the hospitality and aviation sectors. Currently serving as a Front Desk Officer at GEMS Education since August 2020, Saroj previously worked as a Guest Relations Executive at Burj Al Arab from January 2013 to August 2020 and as a Guest Service Controller at Kingfisher Airlines from February 2006 to November 2012. Key responsibilities included coordinating aircraft operations, handling guest reservations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with various airport authorities for seamless service delivery. Saroj holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Criminology from R L Law College (2010), alongside a Bachelor of Arts from BND College (2006) and foundational education in Arts from BNJ College (2003).
