Dylan Hardy is a dedicated professional in the field of manufacturing and machining, currently serving as a Trainer of Specialized Manufacturing at The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Precision Machining Instructor at Pittsylvania County Schools from November 2020 to November 2021, a CNC Lab Technician at Danville Community College from March 2017 to November 2020, and a Machinist at EIT LLC from June 2016 to March 2017. Dylan holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Numerically Controlled Machinist Technology from Danville Community College, completing studies in 2016 after earlier studies at the same institution from 2013 to 2015.
