Catherine Bellhouse has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Catherine is currently working as a Recruitment Manager at The Inn Collection Group since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment from July 2020 to February 2021. Catherine also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Blue Arrow from March 2020 to May 2020.

Before transitioning into recruitment roles, Catherine held various management positions in the hospitality industry. Catherine worked as a Store Manager at Costa Coffee from February 2019 to March 2020, and as an Area General Manager at PizzaExpress from April 2017 to September 2018. Catherine also worked as a General Manager at The Inn Collection Group from March 2016 to April 2017.

Catherine's earlier experiences include managerial roles at PizzaExpress, where they enrolled in the My Evolution Program and worked towards Multi-Site Management. Following this, they enrolled in Liverpool Institute of Higher Education from 1989 to 1992 and obtained a BA (Hons) Combined Studies in American Studies and Religious Studies. Finally, from 1992 to 1993, they attended Leeds Beckett University and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality.
