Dawn Batson has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Dawn started their career in 2000 as a Front Desk Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. During their time there, they analyzed performance, collaborated with the Director of Revenue, maintained client relationships, and managed front desk operations. Dawn also contributed to revenue generation through upselling and implemented new training programs. From 2011 to 2017, Dawn worked at St. Regis Hotel as a Reservations/Communications Manager.
