Since joining The Horton Group in 1997, Jason has spearheaded a number of initiatives in various Horton divisions. Highlights include overseeing Horton’s expansion within the Captive space during the last two decades, launching new ventures in Internet-based risk management, leading Horton's new business development efforts and Property/Casualty operations in Illinois, and working on Horton’s Healthcare team. He attributes his success to the dynamic energy found throughout The Horton Group.
