Imani M. possesses extensive experience in human resources and instructional design, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at The Home Depot since April 2012. Previous roles include Director of Learning (Enterprise, Supply Chain, and U.S. Retail) and various managerial positions focused on learning strategy within the same organization. Prior to The Home Depot, Imani M. held the position of Instructional Designer at CATMEDIA and worked as an Instructional Design and Technology Research Assistant at Georgia State University. Additional experience includes internships and freelance work in web development and consulting. Imani M. holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Spelman College and a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University.
