Veronika Falconer is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Avanade since July 2021, Veronika focuses on sustainable growth through talent attraction, development, and inclusion. Previously, Veronika held significant roles at Takeda, including Executive Director of Human Resources for Brazil, where achievements included integrating processes post-acquisitions and enhancing workplace recognition. Veronika also served as Vice President of Human Resources at CPM Braxis Capgemini, overseeing the integration of multiple companies, and has experience in corporate HR roles at AstraZeneca and Accenture. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a certificate from the Board Member Development Program at Fundação Dom Cabral.
